We hand pack all of our orders here at our Derbyshire studios, this means we can pop lots of goodies in for you!
Parcels are lovingly packaged and each order has an exclusive reward card inside. Each card contains a reward code to use on our site on your next order! PLUS collect 4 of these cards and we'll send you a free gift!
All you have to do is send the 4 cards (of any design) back to the Stolen Thunder studios along with your name and address and we'll post out your free gift!
Look out for your reward card in every order and let us know when you've nearly got 4 by posting on our Facebook wall and we'll cheer you on!

How to order
All of the items shown on our website are available to buy. Simply click on the item you wish to purchase and click "add to cart". You can then go back and add additional items to your basket or proceed to "checkout". Please note you will need your credit or debit card details, including the billing address (the address to where the card bills and statements are sent).
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept credit or debit cards - Visa, Master Card, Maestro, Delta, Solo or Electron. We also accept payment via Paypal but you must have a Paypal account prior to making your purchase.
Delivery policy
Stolen Thunder does not make a profit on Postage and Packaging - we charge you what it costs us to package (labour and materials) and post your order by your chosen delivery method. We only send surface mail by Royal Mail’s registered services which enables us to track the whereabouts of your parcel once it's been despatched. You can contact us after you've placed your order if you wish to know the tracking number which you can use at least 24 hours after placing your order to trace the parcel on www.royalmail.com. Airmail is sent via a non trackable service - if you require a tracking number for airmail please contact us as this will incur extra costs.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do - please be aware additional charges for customs clearance must be paid for by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Delivery Times
Each piece is handmade to order at The Stolen Thunder studios - we aim to dispatch goods within 5 working days - if this is any different we will let you know. Please understand that during times when Stolen Thunder is featured in the press or at busy holiday times we can be exceptionally busy.
Personalised jewellery will be dispatched in 2 weeks.
Refunds and Returns
We want you to be happy, that's why we are here! We accept returns or exchanges for all items within 14 days of the shipping date. Please email us at care@stolenthunderboutique.com within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund or exchange - you will be given a code to use in all correspondence regarding the return, items sent back without a return code will not be processed. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Unfortunately, we cannot make a refund for goods that have been damaged by you after receipt; the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods - and parcel the item in the protective bubble mailer it was sent to you in. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of customer. Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original purchase. Stolen Thunder cannot return or exchange earrings for hygiene reasons. Postage on returns will not be refunded unless the item/s are faulty. Personalised jewellery is non returnable.
Exchanges:
We are happy to exchange goods for other products, however we will have to charge postage for all re-delivery, which will be calculated accordingly. This also includes exchanges within the UK. Postage will be charged to the card you used to make the original purchase. We will always advise you of postage costs before we proceed. Again please email care@stolenthunderboutique.com to discuss this option.
Order Cancellation
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order and obtain a full refund. Please note that earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Please log into your account and if the order status is still "Processing" it may be possible to cancel your order before it is despatched. All order cancellations must be sent to us via e-mail quoting your name, order number and full address. If however your order status is "despatched" you will need to return the order to us at your own expense. See 'Can my order be refunded or exchanged'.
Out Of Stock
As items are handmade to order occasionally we may run out of the components we need to make an order - if your item is not in stock, we will notify you by e-mail and let you know how long it will take to send your item out . You will always be notified with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Pricing Policy
At Stolen Thunder, while merchandise offered online at stolenthunderboutique.com will usually be priced the same as merchandise offered at our stockist’s stores, in some cases, stockist’s stores may have different prices or promotional events at different times. We cannot be held responsible for our stockist’s pricing policies.
Stolen Thunder reserves the right at any time to revise the price of goods without notice.
