Everything is handmade to order here in the UK at the Stolen Thunder Studios. Orders typically ship within 1 - 4 working days via Royal Mail using 1st class with proof of postage - this can take up to 2 days to arrive with you. Airmail can take up to 2 weeks to arrive but is usually quicker. You will be sent a dispatch email to confirm you order has left the studio. Postage costs include our dispatch packaging and time to pack the piece and take it to the post office.

We do not offer returns unless the item is faulty, please email us to let us know if you have any problem with the piece at sales@stolenthunderboutique.com and we will do what we can to make you smile again.

Please leave us feedback on receipt of the order so we know it has arrived.

Any postal damage must be reported within a 4 days of receipt with a full description.

Any personal information you provide to us including and similar to your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Stolen Thunder.

Alice and Joy - And so the Story began.... 1980's- Two young starlet designers were born.... They had dreams of fame and fortune, and were always found in the dressing up box!... Both lived through many a year of dull 9-5 (Dolly Parton style!) and decided that there must be more excitement out there in the big wide world... They tried to seek this excitement through travel, serious partying and wearing slightly crazy clothes, but nothing seemed to work... Finally Alice and Joy's worlds collided and Stolen Thunder was born!- Finally some excitement and fun! Stolen Thunder is our world, it is a whirlwind of creating fun and beautiful accessories to make our customers beam with happiness. When we send out our lush Stolen Thunder goodies in their shiny shiny purple gift wrapping, it feels like we are sending out presents everyday. To you from us- enjoy!
